These Terms apply only to the Solocraft corporate Website. Products, applications, subscriptions, beta programs, and other digital services may be governed by separate product terms, end-user license agreements, and privacy policies. Separate product terms control for the relevant product.
Informational purpose
The Website provides general information about Solocraft, its business, brands, and work. Website content does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee; professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice; or a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Statements concerning future products, availability, features, or release timing reflect current plans only. Solocraft may change, postpone, modify, or discontinue any plan without notice.
Limited use
Solocraft grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content—including company and product names, symbols, logos, slogans, text, graphics, designs, images, layouts, animations, software, and code—are owned by Solocraft LLC, its licensors, or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Website content; commercially use Solocraft branding; imply sponsorship or affiliation; remove proprietary notices; or use Website content to create an impersonating or misleading service.
Limited personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted if all ownership notices remain intact.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
- Probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- Introduce malware, automated attacks, or disruptive technologies;
- Circumvent security measures, restrictions, or rate limits;
- Interfere with Website availability or operation;
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Solocraft;

Ordinary search-engine indexing and legitimate accessibility technologies are not prohibited.
Communications and feedback
You are responsible for information you send to Solocraft and must have the right to provide it. Do not send trade secrets, confidential materials, or proprietary product ideas unless Solocraft has expressly agreed in writing to receive them confidentially.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, or feedback, you grant Solocraft a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, develop, and incorporate that feedback into its business, products, and services without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or personal information.
Third-party services and privacy
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, application stores, or services. A link does not imply sponsorship, approval, or endorsement. Solocraft does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, security, availability, policies, or practices.
Our handling of personal information related to the Website is described in the Solocraft Privacy Policy.
Website availability
Solocraft may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Solocraft disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solocraft LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the Website; inability to use the Website; reliance on Website content; Website interruption or security incidents; third-party services; or loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunities, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solocraft’s total aggregate liability related to the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount paid specifically to access the Website during the preceding twelve months or US $100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Indemnification and access restrictions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solocraft LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
Solocraft may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, Solocraft, users, or third parties, or to respond to a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to the Website or these Terms will be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts having jurisdiction over Sheridan County.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and general provisions
Solocraft may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our business, or applicable law. Revised Terms become effective when published unless otherwise stated and will not apply retroactively where prohibited.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without Solocraft’s written permission. Solocraft may assign them as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning the corporate Website.
